Reflections from a first-year Walden tripper!

Hi, my name Jackson Posner and I am a first-year tripping staff. Since I was ten years old I have always loved canoe tripping. I always enjoyed going with my dad to Algonquin park and being out in the wilderness.

I went to a camp different from Walden for eight years. During my last year there, as a CIT, I knew I wanted to be a tripper, but many friends and family recommend that I become a tripper at Walden.

I learned about Camp Walden and their tripping program, and instantly knew I wanted to be a tripper there. Tripping at Walden has given me the best summer of my life. Not only do I feel that I am finally at a camp where I fit in, but I have a new tripping family and a summer full of memories that I will never forget.
