TORONTO, FRIDAY, JUNE 19 – NEW TO WALDEN STAFF:
- Your main point of contact is Ashton (ashton@campwalden.ca).
- Pickup Location: Pitman Hall (160 Mutual Street, Toronto, ON).
- Bus Departure Time: 1:00 PM SHARP!
- Please be there no later than 12:30 PM to load bags on the bus.
- No stops, bring a nut-free lunch/snack
- Toilet available on the bus
TORONTO SATURDAY, JUNE 20 – RETURNING STAFF AND 2025 CITS:
- The main points of contact at York University are Amanda & Danielle Black, and Sari Grossinger. You can reach Amanda at amanda@campwalden.ca
- York University (Keele Campus – Founders Road Lot) – 7934 Founders Road, North York, Ontario M3J 3K1.
- Arrive no earlier than 10:00 AM
- Arrive no later than 10:30 AM
- Bus Departure Time: 11:00 AM SHARP
- No stops, pack a nut-free lunch. There will be juice boxes and granola bars on the bus.
- Toilet available on the bus
- It is the responsibility of you and your staff member to load their own bags onto the baggage truck.. If you or your staff do not load their own bags, the bags will not make it to camp. If your child is driving, but putting bags on the bus, please be sure to load their bags onto the baggage truck! Sari, Amanda, and Danielle B. will not do this.
TORONTO HOME FROM CAMP AUGUST 13
- Thursday, August 13
- York University (same lot as above)
- Amanda, Danielle B., Sari and our staff are meticulously unloading camper and staff baggage… and it takes time!
- Do not arrive earlier than 10:30 AM
- If you do arrive earlier, you will have to wait
- Bags are laid out in alphabetical order
- Please search for your staff member’s bags and load them into your car
- Although we will have staff available to help, their priority will be the loading of camper bags into cars
- Buses arrive at York at approximately 1:30 pm
MONTREAL SATURDAY, JUNE 20 – RETURNING STAFF AND 2025 CITS:
- Saturday, June 20
- Your main point of contact is Ashton (ashton@campwalden.ca).
- Cavendish Mall – 5800 Cavendish Blvd, Cote St Luc, Quebec (parking lot at the back)
- Bus Departure Time: 9:30 AM SHARP!
- It is the responsibility of you and your staff member to pack a lunch and load their own bags onto the bus. If you or your staff do not load their own bags, the bags will not make it to camp.
MONTREAL HOME FROM CAMP AUGUST 13
- Thursday, August 13
- Cavendish Mall (same lot as above)
- Arrival time is approximately 2 PM
- Bags will arrive at the same time as the bus
