Pickup Location #1: Neill Wycik Hostel (96 Gerrard Street East, Toronto, M5B 1G7). Bus Departure Time: 1:00PM SHARP! Please be there no later than 12:45 to load bags on the bus.
Pickup Location #2: York University – Glendon Campus (Marion Hilliard Residence). Bus Departure Time: Approximately 1:30 PM. The bus from the hostel will make a stop here, please arrive no later than 1:15 PM

- York University (Keele Campus – Founders Road Lot) – 7934 Founders Road, North York, Ontario M3J 3K1.
- Arrive no earlier than 10:00 AM
- Arrive no later than 10:30AM
- Bus Departure Time: 11:00 AM SHARP
- It is the responsibility of you and your staff member to pack a lunch and load their own bags onto the truck. The bus is not stopping. There will be juice boxes and granola bars available. If you or your staff do not load their own bags, the bags will not make it to camp.
Home from camp…
- Thursday, August 14
- York University (same lot as above)
- Amanda, Danielle B., Sari and our staff are meticulously unloading camper and staff baggage… and it takes time!
- Do not arrive earlier than 10:30 AM.
- If you do arrive earlier you will have to wait.
- Bags are laid out in alphabetical order.
- Please search for your staff member’s bags and load them into your car.
- Although we will have staff available to help, their priority will be the loading of camper bags into cars.
- Busses arrive at York at approximately 1:30 pm.

Cavendish Mall – 5800 Cavendish Blvd, Cote St Luc, Quebec (parking lot at the back)
Bus Departure Time: 9:30 AM SHARP!
It is the responsibility of you and your staff member to pack a lunch and load their own bags onto the bus. If you or your staff do not load their own bags, the bags will not make it to camp.
