Reunion Information
The following information is the most current to date. There will be additional information in the coming months – especially details about transportation, once we have an idea about numbers of guests. We will update this page regularly. We will be sure to forward pertinent information to you once you have registered.
This list below represents all of the events, food & goodies you will receive once you arrive at Camp Walden. (Ticket price information is below)

Transportation:
We will provide round trip coach busing from Toronto and Montreal. (and hopefully from Ottawa & the Western campus if there is enough Alumni interested)
Great Food:
You can expect outstanding food, lots of it, prepared by Bonnie O’Brien & her K-Staff.
We begin with a “BBQ Lunch”, with all the fixings, upon arrival at Walden.
“Happy Hour” follows at 4:00 P.M. - featuring wine & beer, refreshments & snacks.
Our “Gala Dinner” will be a spectacular offering, complete with wine & beer.
We end the weekend with our “Sunday Brunch”.
Open Camp Activities:
Several areas of camp will be open for the Saturday afternoon. We are hiring a Reunion Camp Staff to run these activities.
DVD Slide Presentations:
Showings of hundreds of images, from the Walden Archives, with all four decades of camp represented.
Saturday Night Live:
We continue the celebration, after the Gala Dinner, in Omni with skits, singing & presentations.
Camper Cabin & Deluxe Accommodations:
Most of you will choose to bunk in our spacious camper cabins, in the unit designated for your decade. We will have some availability of deluxe, Head Staff cabins for those wishing more privacy & a shared shower – see below for pricing.
40th Anniversary Gift:
A 40th Anniversary, quality, long-sleeved t-shirt will be your gift upon arrival at Walden
Ticket Price:
Early Bird Registration: (from now until May 1st 2009) = $175.00 (Taxes Inc.)
(Late Registration = $200.00)
Deluxe Accommodations: (from now until May 1st 2009) = $200.00
(Late Deluxe Price – if available = $225.00. We expect these to sell out quickly!)
Please note
The money paid for all 40th reunion tickets goes directly to covering the cost of the reunion itself. The purchase of tickets alone is not enough to cover all expenses of the weekend, Camp Walden, Sol, Jen, Howie & Sari have generously donated to subsidize the remaining costs not covered by ticket sales. Any excess money collected will be donated to Camp Oochigeas.
You must be 19 years of age to participate in this event.
