Our People

We believe very strongly at the WCL, that the success of running a fantastic program starts with the Staff.

We hire staff that are positive role models for children and students. It’s important to us that our staff consistently displays a lot of energy, enthusiasm and stamina.

A WLC staff member successfully places the needs of our clients before their own and can demonstrate child-like qualities that will allow them to connect effectively with children while at the same time being mature enough to set realistic and appropriate boundaries.

We spend countless hours training our staff in the following areas:

Low Rope –Safety & Training
Wall Climbing – Safety & Training
First Aid & CPR
